Okay, so I've tried a bunch of adaptogens, from Moon Juice to HUM Nutrition, and Happy Healthy Hippie truly stands out! I grabbed their Zen Again, and wow, what a difference it makes for my stress levels. I feel so much more balanced and calm, without any weird side effects.
